I’ve worked with mostly Entrepreneurs over the last 5 years. The dynamics of our day can be an interesting experience.
I understand the demands of Entrepreneurship plus managing other responsibilities.
I aspire to keep the experiences and practices I provide you with simple, easy to execute, and flexible.
I don’t subscribe to the belief that it needs to be a process. I look at it as more of a lifestyle.
These are the tools that I personally use to support myself during my day.
For me to personally use something it needs to be simple, easy, efficient, & effective. It also need to be something that I can use across multiple dynamics of my life and replicate my results.
These are the tools that I learned to support myself as someone who is categorized as ADHD, experienced anxiety/ depression for at least 20 years of my life, & PTSD symptoms.
This is what I leaned hard into, because I was tired of feeling the way I did within my day and experiencing the things that I did.
I was done. And I was willing to go to the depths to shift it because I wanted to be there for my kids and to be a better version of myself for them.
This exploration led me to ultimately find my purpose in the world and I’ve been absolutely obsessed since then.
I’ve dedicated my life to this work.
3 times over the past 4 years, I’ve prayed this prayer, God I surrender, Please save my baby, I will go where I’m led, I will step into a new level, I will be willing to do what I’m guided to do, and I will hold the people I’m here to hold.
This is not just the work that I get to do. This is a fulfillment of that promise.
