What is Mental Rehearsal?
Mental rehearsal is an amplified visualization technique where you mentally practice a specific activity or situation in your mind before physically engaging in it. This process enhances your performance and builds your confidence in the process.
I walk you through a simple process that helps you to sit back, unwind, and tap into a meditative state that supports you to test out, enhance, and breathe in the resourceful states that are going to be most useful for you based on the needs of your day.

This 90-minute mindfulness experience is designed to provide you with the tools & support needed to enhance your wanted state and reduce stress.
In a safe and non-judgmental space, we'll explore your unique needs and develop tailored strategies for you that will realistically work based on the demands of your day.
Your session happens Virtually via Google Meet. Once you book in your time you will receive a welcome email with a link to access your session and instructions to prep for our time together.
After your Session:
You receive 48 hours of email / messenger support for your follow up questions.
