Here are two ways to delve deeper into the potential hurdles you might face:

Many may struggle with recognizing the internal conflicts that hinder progress. In my experience, these conflicts often lurk beneath the surface, manifesting as subtle doubts or contradictory beliefs.
By acknowledging the common challenge of identifying these conflicts, you can gain insight into your own potential blind spots, fostering a proactive approach to decoding your personal code.
2 Practical Practices for Identifying Inner Conflicts:
1. Mindful Journaling:
Set aside dedicated time for reflective journaling. Write freely about your goals, aspirations, and any hesitations that come to mind.
This practice can allow subconscious conflicts to surface, providing a clearer view of potential internal tensions. Regularly reviewing your journal entries helps identify patterns and recurring conflicts, enabling a more proactive approach to decoding your personal code.

Engage in open conversations with trusted friends, mentors, or colleagues about your goals and potential conflicts. External perspectives can shed light on aspects you might overlook.

Time-Blocking Technique:
Implement the time-blocking technique to break down tasks related to conflicting ideas into smaller, manageable intervals. Allocate focused periods of time to work on specific aspects of your goals.
For instance, if conflicting thoughts surround launching a new project, dedicate a block of time to brainstorm ideas, another to create an outline, and so forth. This method helps alleviate the overwhelming feeling associated with conflicting ideas and encourages steady progress.
Set a timer for 15 - 25 minutes. Take a deep breath. Brain dump it on paper or into a doc. Getting it out of your head allows you to be able to see your thoughts and what makes the most sense based on where you are, what you want, and what you have the capacity for.

Understanding my internal states has been a crucial part of the process for me in overcoming resistance and executive functioning issues.

I hear and see so many disempowering things on the interwebs about what is and isn’t possible for you if you have certain “labels”. That wasn’t acceptable for me. I wasn’t willing to allow that to be my truth.
I encourage my clients to delve into their thoughts, detaching from judgment, shame, and guilt. By neutralizing unsupportive thoughts and discerning what’s actually aligned for you, you can avoid feeling overwhelmed and explore/ shift the underlying stories connected to these thoughts.
I describe the deciphering process as decoding your personal code composed of emotions, thoughts, and actions.
